The Sustainable Food Production (SFP) is an international peer-reviewed research journal. The aim of the journal is to publish the novel and advanced original research articles by scientists from all over the world on topics related to the emerging technologies for improvement of the sustainability in the food-processing sector. The articles on quality, safety and security in the food and beverage industry will also be taken for consideration. In addition, an emphasis is put on publication of the articles on technological postharvest research including postharvest storage, treatments, packaging, handling and distribution.
